This home was built on a flat and compact infill lot in the Kenilworth neighborhood. Our client had a relationship with a European window importer so the window and door package was built in Europe and shipped to us. Normally this is not such a big deal, but we happened to be in the middle of the Covid shipping backup… After some delays, we did receive the windows and everyone was thoroughly impressed. The front door even featured a thumbprint reader for the owner to lock and unlock the door.
