A Luxe Hillside Custom Home With Stunning Appalachian Views

Based on the serene, beautiful finished product, you’d never guess that this custom new home was a challenge to build. Not only was the team facing supply chain issues in the wake of COVID-19, but the site itself was on a rocky mountainside lot that required extra care. The driveway was so steep during construction that we had to use bulldozers to haul our heavy work trucks to the build site! The effort was worth it, though, and the challenging terrain was the tradeoff for such a beautiful location to build a custom home.
