A Scenic, Large-Scale Renovation in Sondley Estates

This large remodel project, completed in 2026, began with a goal of updating and modernizing a home with lovely views in the Haw Creek Valley area. Our team completed a full interior remodel, focusing on the kitchen and bathrooms as a major modernization focus. To take advantage of the home’s amazing views, the client opted to add a large screened porch as well. Green building features such as high-SEER rated HVAC systems, air sealing, and replacement of all windows and exterior doors helped shore up the comfort, energy efficiency, and longevity of the renovation. As always, our team’s work on this project was polished, precise, and beautifully finished.
